POLICIES

​Booking​​

  • Reservations

    • Please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full massage session.

    • A credit card is required to reserve appointments for parties of 3 or more.

  • Rescheduling

    • Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule a treatment. This allows the spa enough time to fill appointments.

  • Late Arrival

    • Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest.

  • Cancellation

    • Our time together is important. Unless there is an emergency, we request that you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance, or pay 50% of the missed appointment fee.

  • No Show

    • Failure to notify the spa will result in paying for 50% of the missed appointment fee. Please understand that therapists and trainers only get paid when they deliver a service.

 

Liability Waiver

  • Please notify your therapist before receiving treatments if you're have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant.

  • Tips for your Visit

    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

    • Please respect the right to a quiet atmosphere for all guests. We ask that you refrain from talking loudly and that you turn off cell phones.

    • Remember to rest and drink water before and after massage session.

    • Free parking is available in front and behind Luxury Thai Spa.

 

Purchase Policy

  • Luxury Thai Spa accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover for credit card transactions. We do not accept American Express. Gift cards purchased through and for our establishment and cash are also accepted. No personal checks are accepted.​

 

Return/Refund Policy

  • All service sales and gift card sales are final.

  • There are no refunds whatsoever.

 

Privacy Policy

  • We often expand our services and treatments to bring you the best possible experience. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

  • We collect personal information such as your name, phone number, email address, and payment details when you book an appointment or purchase a gift card.

  • Health information you disclose (e.g., pregnancy, medical conditions) is collected solely to provide safe and appropriate services.

How We Use Your Information

  • Your personal information is used only to confirm bookings, process payments, send appointment reminders, and improve your experience.

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Payment information is processed securely and is not stored on our systems beyond what is required to complete a transaction.

Communications

  • By providing your email or phone number, you consent to receive appointment confirmations and reminders.

  • Promotional communications (e.g., special offers or newsletters) will only be sent with your consent. You may opt out at any time by contacting us directly.

Health & Medical Disclosure

  • Any health information shared with our therapists is kept strictly confidential and is used only to tailor services to your needs.

  • We do not share health disclosures with any outside party.

Security

  • We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

  • No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure; however, we strive to use commercially acceptable means to safeguard your data.

Third-Party Services

  • Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies independently.

  • Luxury Thai Spa reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
